Bella Impact is a social impact initiative created by Casey Huang, built around the story world of Bella the Sunshine Girl.

It supports children and communities through long-term partnerships with local nonprofit organizations, allowing each to use the character in ways that are culturally relevant, educational, and grounded in real community needs.

Rather than operating as a centralized foundation or short-term donation model, Bella Impact works by placing a lasting cultural asset into the hands of one partner organization per country or territory. Each partner becomes the local steward of Bella the Sunshine Girl, integrating the character into programs that support care, learning, and community development.

The initiative is supported by a structural framework called Permanent Licensing with Exclusive Territorial Stewardship (PLETS). Through this framework, partner NGOs receive long-term rights to publish, localize, and activate the character within their territory, allowing them to build programs that are both meaningful and sustainable.

Bella Impact is designed to continue beyond its founder. Stewardship remains with each partner organization, ensuring that the work can endure through time, leadership changes, and shifting public attention.

The framework and partner structure are maintained through Still Poetry House, where documentation, territorial stewardship, and supporting materials are managed as part of the studio’s broader body of work.
